OA Lodge Banquet Saturday, December 2, 2023, from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. EST Camp Lumpkin, LaGrange, GA
Do not be a Grinch, register for the OA Lodge Banquet today!! The Chattahoochee Lodge will hold the annual Lodge Banquet at Camp Lumpkin on Saturday, December 2, 2023. There will be Christmas cheer, fellowship with other Arrowmen and their families and a holiday feast.
WHO IS INVITED? All active Arrowmen and their family members are invited to attend this evening of fellowship, fun, recognition, and great food.
WHAT IS THE SCHEDULE OF EVENTS?
- CHECK-IN FOR LODGE BANQUET AND GATHERING PERIOD: 6:00 – 6:30 p.m. EST at the Admin Building (All cars will be parked there.) – PLEASE NOTE: ON-SITE REGISTRATION OR PAYMENTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. IF YOU DON’T PRE-REGISTER BY THE DEADLINE, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ENTER THE EVENT ON 12/2/23.
- LODGE BANQUET: 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm EST in the Dining Hall
WHAT ACTIVITIES ARE PLANNED?
- UGLY CHRISTMAS SWEATER CONTEST: Wear your ugliest Christmas Sweater over your BSA Class A uniform to win a special prize and earn the title of “OA’s Ugliest Christmas Sweater.”
- BANQUET MENU: Steak, potatoes, green beans, rolls, salad bar and dessert
- LODGE BANQUET: After dinner, the program will recognize Vigil Honor members, present Founder’s Award, and other recognitions, and present the 2024 LEC. BSA Class A uniform and OA Sash should be worn by all Arrowmen.
- DOOR PRIZES: Those in attendance will have a chance to win OA and Scouting door prizes delivered by the OA Santa.
- LODGE PATCH AUCTION: The Lodge will be holding a silent auction at the banquet. Registered participants will be able to bid on several Lodge issued items that will be on the auction block. If you like to donate items, we are looking for additional items to supplement the auction inventory.
- TRADING POST will be open with patches and other OA gear. So, do not forget to bring your cash, credit cards, and checks. A square reader will be available for trading post purchase and paying 2024 Lodge Dues.
