Fall Fellowship

“IN IT TO WIN IT” – A FALL INDUCTION EVENT INFORMATION PACKET FOR ARROWMEN & BROTHERHOOD CANDIDATES FRIDAY, OCTOBER 15TH – SUNDAY, OCTOBER 17TH at CAMP FGL The Fall Induction Weekend will be held on Friday, October 15th – Sunday, October 17th at Camp Frank G. Lumpkin. All Chattahoochee Lodge competitors are called to participate in the “IN IT TO WIN IT” OA Tournament. At this fun and fellowship weekend, Arrowman will be able to: • Participate in individual and team competitions to include archery, shotgun, fishing tournament (bring your own fishing gear), Wischixin, volleyball, ultimate frisbee and other games/activities. • Win Prizes!! By participating in these and other fellowship events, you will earn tickets for a chance to win sports themed gift baskets (valued at $100 each). The more you participate in the fellowship activities the more chances you will earn to win. • Support scouts and scouters during their Brotherhood and Vigil Inductions, • Enjoy a Tailgate Party on Saturday night with fellow Arrowmen and new Brotherhood members and watch a college football game. • Dress up in your favorite team or sport attire/gear (optional). It must be Scout Appropriate, and all props must be cloth, plastic, or foam. • Attend the Lodge Meeting and vote for the 2021-2022 Lodge Officers on Sunday morning - voting is for YOUTH only in good standing, and • Enjoy a weekend of fellowship and fun!! Start/Check-in Time: Registration will be held on FRIDAY, October 15th from 7:30 pm – 8:30 pm EST at the dining hall. After you check-in and drop off your gear in the designated campsites, ALL vehicles will need to be moved to the Administration Building Parking lot unless you have been issued an OA Lodge Car Pass by Jamison Browning, Activities Chairman or Dean Rogers, Activities Advisor to drive in camp. If you bring a golf cart or ATV, then you must show proof of insurance to Dean Rogers to operate it and no one under the age of 21 can drive the golf cart/ATV in camp. End/Check-out Time: The weekend will end at 12:00 p.m. EST on SUNDAY, October 17th. Please make plans to stay the entire time or you will receive a penalty call. Cost for Arrowmen and Brotherhood Candidates – • Regular (early) Registration Fee for Arrowmen and Brotherhood Candidates (by Sunday, 10/10/21) at: https://91bsa.org/fallinduction *$30.00 for 1st Arrowmen - Cost includes event patch, meals, program materials, & a Tailgate Feast. Remember, your 2021 dues must be paid to attend. *$20.00 Arrowman Family Fee – Cost for each additional OA family member who is an active Arrowmen (2021 dues must be paid) & is attending the weekend.   *$55.00 for Brotherhood Candidates who register before 10/10/21- Make sure to select Brotherhood Candidate. 2021 dues must be paid. Fees are nonrefundable after October 10th. Registration closes on Tuesday, October 12th. • Lodge Dues ($35)- 2021 Lodge Dues MUST BE CURRENT prior to arriving to the event.
